**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are within financial parameters.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to project managers to optimize cost efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow to support operational needs and project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of accounting experience in Qatar, preferably in an interior design, construction, or fit-out environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with project costing and financial management for design or construction projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
