**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Acceptance Testing**:

- Conduct **site acceptance tests (SAT)** and **factory acceptance tests (FAT)** for telecom equipment, including **routers**, **switches**, **DWDM systems**, and **transmission networks**.
- Verify the functionality, performance, and compliance of telecom systems against design specifications and industry standards.

**Network Validation**:

- Perform end-to-end testing of **IP networks**, **MPLS networks**, and **optical networks** to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Validate the configuration and operation of **OSS (Operational Support Systems)** and **BSS (Business Support Systems)**.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Identify, document, and resolve technical issues during the acceptance testing phase.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

**Field Support**:

- Provide on-site technical support during network deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to address field-related challenges.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed test reports, including test plans, results, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of acceptance testing activities and equipment configurations.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, network engineers, and customer representatives to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Communicate technical findings and progress updates to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Telecommunications**, **Electrical Engineering**, **Computer Science**, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **3-5 years** of experience in telecom acceptance testing, field engineering, or network validation.
- Hands-on experience with **IP networks**, **DWDM systems**, **OSS/BSS platforms**, and **transmission technologies**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using testing tools such as **OTDR**, **spectrum analyzers**, **Ethernet testers**, and **protocol analyzers**.
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols and standards (e.g., **TCP/IP**, **MPLS**, **BGP**, **OSPF**, **SDH/SONET**).
- Familiarity with **fiber optic testing** and **optical network troubleshooting**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires to visit field locations.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, if needed.
