**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of field technicians involved in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment.
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues at various telecom sites.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement, or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and work reports.
- Coordinate site access, work permits, and ensure safety compliance during field activities.
- Provide technical support and training to team members when needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project targets are met.
- Report on operational performance, incidents, and field activities to management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom field operations, including maintenance of telecom towers, BTS, transmission equipment, and power systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom equipment (e.g., microwave, fiber, transmission, BTS, rectifiers, generators, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing field teams.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, site layouts, and equipment schematics.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices in telecom fieldwork.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
