**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of hot and cold dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and appetizers, according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Manage the daily operations of both the hot and cold kitchen sections, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu development, including the creation of new dishes, seasonal specials, and daily offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
- Perform other kitchen duties as needed to support the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a chef in a hot and cold kitchen, with a focus on salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and passion for cooking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of international cuisine and the ability to create a variety of dishes.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
