**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions in CFM, following established curriculum and materials.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
- Adapt training techniques and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.
- Provide expert guidance and support to learners, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the training process.
- Assess learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the CFM domain, incorporating relevant updates into the training content.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve existing training materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development as a trainer.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Strong expertise and practical experience in CFM.
- Proven experience delivering CFM training programs or workshops to diverse audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish rapport with learners and create a positive learning environment.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
