**Job Title**: Certified Facility Management (CFM) Trainer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Facility Management Trainer to deliver a specialized course for a client in compliance with ISO 41001:2018 standards. This role involves preparing and delivering training sessions, aligned with the outlined objectives, scope of work, and deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions to introduce ISO 41001 standards and facility management systems.
- Provide general introduction to facility management, emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:

- Develop and manage a facility strategic plan.
- Use tools to oversee operations and maintenance.
- Analyze and implement asset maintenance strategies.
- Measure and manage performance.
- Manage workplace changes effectively.
- Integrate sustainability initiatives with facility management.
- Deliver the following modules as part of the training program:

- Understanding and implementing ISO 41001:2018 requirements.
- Managing service contract agreements.
- Asset maintenance analysis methods.
- Workplace safety and health management.
- Sustainability integration with facility management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facility management and delivering related training.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 41001:2018 standards.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to develop and follow a detailed training schedule.
- Flexibility to deliver the program within Q1 2025.

**Target Audience**:

- 2-5 participants from a professional organization.
