**About Us**:
We are a growing steel manufacturing and trading company, supplying high-quality steel products to construction and industrial clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach new customers in the steel and construction industry.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, prices, and competitor activity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven **experience in steel sales** or related industrial sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- **Must have a car and valid driving license.**:

- Excellent knowledge of the local market.

**Compensation**:

- **Attractive commission structure** - earn a good percentage based on achieved sales.
- Base salary + incentives (depending on experience).
