We are now looking for a top-tier **Real Estate Salesperson**to join our expanding projects in Qatar and help drive international business growth.

**Your Role**: As a **Real Estate Salesperson**, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property showings and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and investment potential of each property.
- Facilitate the negotiation process, ensuring that both parties achieve favorable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitor activity to offer clients the most up-to-date and relevant advice.
- Market and promote property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up to close sales and rental deals.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and related documentation.

- Lebanese (Male).
- Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate is highly preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Qatar (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Valid QID (transferable).
- Available to join immediately.
- A valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
