We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer/Draftsman with expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and VRay to join our team. This role will involve overseeing fabrication, documenting project data, and scheduling manpower on a daily basis, ensuring the seamless execution of our projects.

Position Overview:
As the 3D Visualizer/ Draftsman and Fabrication Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our fabrication process, working closely with the design and production teams to bring projects to life. Your proficiency in 3D modeling software and experience in fabrication supervision will be key to maintaining the high standard of craftsmanship we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and 3D Modeling:

- Utilize your expertise in **Auto Cad**, **3ds Max, SketchUp, **and VRay to create accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings for fabrication purposes.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to interpret project requirements and transform concepts into feasible and well-structured 3D models.

2. Fabrication Supervision:

- Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring that all products are constructed accurately and meet design specifications.
- Work closely with the production team to provide guidance and resolve technical challenges that may arise during fabrication.

3. Project Data Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of project-related data, including design revisions, material specifications, and fabrication progress.
- Organize and manage project files and drawings to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval.

4. Manpower Scheduling:

- Plan and schedule the daily manpower requirements based on project timelines and fabrication workload.
- Coordinate with the production manager to allocate resources effectively, optimizing productivity and meeting project deadlines.

5. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that fabricated products meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements when necessary to enhance the overall fabrication process.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as a Draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and VRay.
- Previous experience in aluminum and steel fabrication is highly recommended.
- Solid understanding of drafting principles, material properties, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
