**Director of Sales and Marketing - Lagos, Nigeria**

**Salary: US$66,000**

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales and Marketing for a premier 400+ room property in Lagos, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive revenue growth in a highly competitive market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets across all market segments, with a particular focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and corporate accounts.**:

- **Lead and motivate a team of 10 sales and marketing professionals to excel in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.**:

- **Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate partners and MICE organisers.**:

- **Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.**:

- **Oversee all promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing efforts to enhance the property's visibility and appeal.**:

- **Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.**

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a similar role within the **African hospitality market.**

Strong background in managing MICE and corporate market segments.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales and marketing team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
