The Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious luxury hotel brand, known for its commitment to delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences globally. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team in Qatar to lead sales efforts, which deliver sustainable growth of resort revenue. The Director of Sales and Marketing, will play a pivotal role in developing effective strategies which drive revenue growth and enhance the brand’s presence in the luxury hospitality market. The primary focus will be on developing and overseeing the execution of strategic sales initiatives to maximise revenue streams and customer loyalty. This role will be responsible for setting financial and non-financial objectives for the entire sales department, tracking its performance and ensuring attainment of sales targets through maintaining accurate reports. In addition, this role will lead and mentor a cross functional team within sales, events and marketing, also cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
