- ð Guide and assist the leadership team translate the Health & Wellness strategy into actionable programs and activities throughout the resort.
- ð Develop and implement health and wellness programs while ensuring the right structure and operational policies and procedures are in place.
- ð Maximize guest satisfaction through efficient planning, organizing, directly, and controlling the operations and administration of the department.
- ð Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness among team members by leading by example.
- Qualifications:
- BA/Bs in Wellness or Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent.

Work experience:
- Proven experience in the Health and Wellness industry, ideally in a Health and Wellness resort setting
- Experience working with large multicultural teams

Knowledge in:
- Variety of Health and Wellness modalities ayurveda, aesthetics, nutrition, fitness
- Child development activities
- Needs and expectations of Health & Wellness clientele

Technical skills:

- Coaching and mentoring, planning, customer service, performance management, teamwork and collaboration, global and cultural awareness, organization and time management
