**About the role**:
**As a Security Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition**:

- Conducts bilingual correspondence (Arabic, English) at group level and with external government and private stakeholders in relation with technical systems related matters.
- Supports timely management of official letters, follows up with group level or external counterparts.
- Manages, coordinates and maintains calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, records of communication (documents, faxes, mail) to meet the requirements of the MSSH and the Systems team, to record, filter, disseminate and communicate all incoming and outgoing matters, including coordination with international industry representatives.
- Provides business documentation support, including report writing, quality presentation creation for use in internal and international correspondence, spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such materials.
- Compiles reports as directed and ensure that all files are complete and properly maintained
- Supports reporting activities between MATAR Security operational units and the Systems & Hardware team. On grounds of applied terms and conditions, cooperates with MATAR IT & FM counterparts in relation with technical systems’ monitoring or reporting, change requests and user management.
- Supports the department in coordinating training activities around technical systems in liaison with Compliance & Audit team as well as external providers.
- Ensures timely processing & correspondence of all quality control actions related to the operation of security systems.
- Supports reporting and statistical evaluation activities in relation with the digitalized, business intelligence platform of MATAR Security.
- Participates or represents Systems & Hardware team in meetings, ensuring accurate records of tasks & deliverables, priorities and deadlines.
- Ensures compliance with MATAR Security department’s confidential filing system for all correspondence; categorizes and maintains manuals, sensitive correspondence and other source material.

Qualifications

**About you**:

- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- OR with a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
