Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Coordinator, Security **to join our team In this role you will get to Supervise all emergencies, manage crises, protect assets, providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supervise all emergencies, manage crises, protect assets, providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
- Implement Emergency procedures/ coordination strategies.
- Comply with Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure security services provider is complying with them.
- Follow-up on emergency/crisis incidents providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
- Monitor, operate, manage and respond to security calls of assistance.
- Ensure adequate security support during public events.
- Daily operations reporting.
- Develop a working relationship with personnel and comprehensive working knowledge of security systems.
- To work on shift rotation duty covering weekends and public holidays
- Be on call 24/7 for any emergency.
- Liaise with local authorities if and when required.
- Provide guidance and support for QD personnel and public as well.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Minimum requirement: Secondary school
- 5+ years of Experience in Security or Police/Military with supervisory experience.
- Previous Security, Military or Law Enforcement training.
- Solid understanding of Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Traffic control and management).

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Emergency Response Skills.
- Security Incident Investigation/Assessment Reporting Skills.
- Good Communication Skills, Written and Verbal, In Both English and Arabic.
- Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision.
- Quick Learner, Ready to Take on Workload and Deliver Under Tight Deadlines.
