The Office Adm will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Admin will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Management**:
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including opening and closing procedures.

**2. Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Prepare, organize, and file company documents, both digital and physical including inventory

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

**3. Communication**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

**4. Event Coordination**:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and functions.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

**5. HR Support**:
Follow up on all musician's visa expiration date

Handle all filing tasks to ensure proper organization and accessibility of documents

**6. Financial Tasks**:
Process invoices, quotations, expense reports, and other financial documents.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic accounting procedures is a plus.
