Office Administrator (Arabic & English Speaker) | Female

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator who is fluent in both Arabic and English to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in Arabic and English
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain records
  • Coordinate with departments, clients, and vendors
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with general office coordination and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Female candidate
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Qatar or the GCC
  • Knowledge of basic administrative duties
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
