**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all MEP-related activities on-site and ensure smooth integration with civil and architectural works.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and ensure compliance with design specifications and authority regulations.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely approvals and material deliveries.
- Attend technical and coordination meetings with project stakeholders to resolve design conflicts or execution issues.
- Monitor MEP work progress and quality in coordination with QA/QC and site supervision teams.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and environmental regulations specific to MEP works.
- Prepare and update work schedules, progress reports, and MEP-related documentation.
- Verify MEP installations for readiness during inspection and handover stages.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final approvals from relevant authorities (e.g., QCDD, Kahramaa).
- Assist the procurement team in reviewing technical aspects of MEP materials and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum **8 years of experience** in MEP coordination within construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP and coordination drawings.
- Familiarity with local regulatory bodies (e.g., QCDD, Ashghal, Kahramaa) is a must.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- UPDA/MMUP Certification (Qatar) is an advantage.
- Experience with BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit MEP) is a plus.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
