**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
- Maintain an electronic filing system to ensure easy access to project information.
- Assist project managers in tracking project progress and deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other correspondence.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the procurement process by managing vendor documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Train new staff on document control processes and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of project close-out documentation and handover packages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
