**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Provides innovative and modern architectural approach, in alignment with Organizations technical vision, goals and standards. Activities involve creating technical architecture blueprints, defining standards for design and development, review requirements and identify Non-functional requirements and ensure architecture decisions are aligned to meets the technical and business objectives of the mobile app.

**RESPONSIBILITES**
- Lead the architecture and design of native and hybrid Mobile Applications on IOS
- Drive the identification and implementation of all NFR aspects related to iOS development
- Ensure best practices related to UI components, performance, security, device resource utilization is leveraged to provide optimal app performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering and product teams to ensure that solutions meet both technical and business needs.
- Participate in design and architecture reviews to ensure that proposed solutions meet the requirements and align with the overall architecture.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects from other LOBs to identify synergies in solutions and to adopt and standardize common tools and technologies across organization
- Contribute to the development of architecture governance structures, methodologies and compliance activities of the organization
- Plan and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of idea, complex solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure that recommended technical architecture is manageable, maintainable, scalable, resilient, sustainable, cost effective whilst addressing business requirements
- Ensure that products/projects are adhering to the relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices.
- Lead root cause analysis of reported critical incidents in operational production systems and recommend/ ensure implementation of effective preventive actions to avoid repetition
- Find opportunities to innovate using technology advancements, to the benefit of the product
- Share best practices and knowledge with engineers to promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Define and implement technical standards, best practices, and patterns for iOS mobile development.
- Recommend the right choice of tools & libraries in alignment with the organization standards.
- Ensure all architecture decisions are in alignment with corporate security standards and guidelines.

**ABOUT YOU - SKILLS**
- 10+ years of experience in IT.
- Deep understanding of iOS programming paradigms, frameworks, and design patterns
- Expertise in various iOS technologies, such as Swift, SwiftUI, and cloud-native iOS frameworks
- Experience in various iOS design patterns like MVVM, Viper
- Work closely with our product, design, and UX teams to create amazing and intuitive experiences
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs / Grahil
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Experience DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Domain expertise on Airline Domain would be added advantage
- Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Strong solution design skills to build scalable, resilient and sustainable solutions to address business requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
