One of our real estate clients, providing a wide range of residential and commercial properties to clients nationwide seeking a highly organized and experienced **Maintenance Manager.**

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operations of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and well-maintained for our tenants and visitors.

In this role, you will work closely with our property management team to develop and implement maintenance strategies, as well as ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing and scheduling maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervise Maintenance Operations**
- Oversee the daily maintenance and operations of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies, including preventative maintenance programs
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that work is completed on time and to high standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs, and take appropriate action to address them
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

**Budget Management**
- Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs, and optimize costs without compromising quality
- Assist in developing and managing maintenance budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources

**Vendor Coordination**
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective service

**Emergency Response**:

- Coordinate responses to maintenance emergencies, providing solutions to minimize downtime and inconvenience

**Documentation**:

- Prepare BOQ and estimation for repair maintenance work
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventories_._
- Prepare Monthly and yearly expense and maintenance related reports

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10- Years proven experience in real estate maintenance and 3 years in a similar role (Maintenance Manager)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software for facility management and reporting

**Salary**: From QAR1.00 per month
