Lead in the setup of the companies in terms of organisation structure and integral elements, ensuring that companies operate optimally on all aspects
- Oversee daily business operations and monitor accomplishment of team deliverables of all companies _(operations, production, finance and accounting, marketing and sales, business development, procurement, logistics, compliance, human resource and administrative support)_
- Lead and monitor team progress and ability to meet targets _(e.g., sales, costs, quality, productivity, efficiency, volume), _requiring constant coordination and communication among teams
- Monitor and make key decisions relating to the financial viability, business plans & retail operations, online / digital marketing presence, and B2B strategies / activities and the overall business
- Prepare progress reports as required by the CEO
- Research and identify growth opportunities and prepare a plan to take advantage of these opportunities
- Lead the team to work together towards achieving financial success and viability of the company by consistently monitoring sales and expense reports from the accounts, and implementing financial strategies to ensure positive cash flows, net income, and return on investments
- Research and identify relevant business risks and prepare a plan to mitigate or avoid these risks
- Develop and implement growth strategies and plans for the company (B2C, B2B, B2G)
- Develop and implement company processes (SOPs) and policies for all companies
- Research and implement necessary technologies (systems that would enable more efficient delivery of functions)
- Lead in the implementation of quality management in all areas of the business
- Train, mentor, or coach first-level managers and staff
- Create and manage budgets (revenues and costs)
- Improve revenue levels _(ensure that monthly targets are achieved)_
- Analyse accounting and financial data and utilize these in preparing plans for the company
- Evaluate performance and productivity of first-level managers and employees
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations _(occupational safety standards)_
- Generate reports and give presentations to the CEO or other stakeholders
- Provide solutions to business issues _(e.g., employee performance, profit decline, client complaints, supplier concerns, government authorities issuances affecting the business)_
- Represent the company in meetings and activities involving government entities, investors, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the CEO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
