**Key Responsibilities**

Provide comprehensive and efficient coordination for the Sales Department and manage reporting requirements of the Sales Department for senior management including:
Handling urgent calls and messages when Sales Representative are unavailable, answering customerqueries, encoding orders and ensuring they are processed according to the customer requirements.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handledefficiently.

Encoding and updating data to Enquiry Data Base and Quotation Data Base for the department subsequentmonitoring and weekly progress reporting.

Preparation of quotation to clients and perform succeeding follow ups on weekly basis (Consistent followups of quotations to the clients).

Support Sales Team in preparing documents submittal for clients (project, enquiry and tender bid).

Daily checking of newspapers for new tenders where the company can participate.

Compilation and consolidation of weekly schedule report from the Sales Team and daily schedule reportfrom the project team.

Coordinate with other department for the status of projects.

Documentations and records keeping for the Sales, Marketing and Technical Department.
