A Property Advisor is **responsible for looking after the property sales or leasing process for a company**. This includes tasks such as setting up and maintaining show homes, handling enquiries from potential buyers.

**Property Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients to make decisions on property purchasing / Renting.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most profitable areas.
- Coordinating with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale and for Rent
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell or to buy
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.

**Property Advisor Requirements**:

- Experience in Real Estate is an Advantage
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Resident in Qatar with NOC
- Handling a Qatar driving license
- Owning a Car

**Salary**: QAR1.00 - QAR10.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Arabic (required)
- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatar ID (required)
