As part of our expanding commercial division, we are hiring a Commercial Property Advisor – Retail to support our fast-growing retail portfolio.

Role Overview

The Commercial Property Advisor – Retail will focus on leasing and selling retail units across Qatar. This role is commission-based and ideal for driven individuals who excel in relationship-building, negotiation, and securing retail tenants. You will work with business owners, retail brands, investors, and landlords to match retail needs with the right commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle retail inquiries and match clients with suitable spaces (shops, kiosks, showrooms, F&B units)
  • Conduct thorough property tours and present key selling points to prospective tenants
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, retail tenants, and business owners
  • Negotiate lease terms and assist in closing retail transactions
  • Stay informed about market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitive listings
  • Manage leads, follow up with clients, and maintain detailed records of interactions
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure listings are promoted effectively
  • Provide insights about tenant demands, upcoming retail trends, and retail occupancy levels
  • Meet monthly leasing targets and contribute to the growth of the commercial retail division

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Qatar's retail commercial real estate market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Fieldwork readiness to conduct property tours and meet clients across Doha
  • Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up
