Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel's business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and Hyatt standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
- Expertise in financial compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
