Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

**Motion Graphic Designer**

This position is responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations that communicate our brand message and captivate our audience.
- Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics for various marketing campaigns, promotional materials, social media content, and digital platforms.
- Produce visually stunning animations, visual effects, and dynamic elements that enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas and concepts that align with the resort's brand objectives and target audience.
- Utilize a variety of animation techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, and special effects, to bring concepts to life.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members and industry partners as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation techniques and software.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating compelling motion graphics and animations, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, innovation, and visual excellence.
- Portfolio showcasing your best motion graphic design work, demonstrating your ability to convey ideas and evoke emotions through animation.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and willingness to learn new techniques and tools as needed.
