Position**:FEMALE Beauty Salon Supervisor**

Starting Salary**:QAR 4,500 to QAR 4,800 (Full package / All in)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. This includes scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and resolving any customer issues that arise.
- Supervise, train, and mentor salon staff, including hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians, and receptionists. Set performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Create a welcoming and friendly salon atmosphere.
- Promote salon services, products, and special offers to clients. Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives to reach new clientele.
- Enforce strict sanitation and hygiene protocols throughout the salon, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.
- Track daily sales, manage petty cash, and assist with basic financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR4,800.00 per month
