**About the Role**

Qatar Aviation Services Cargo is recruiting for Lead Cargo Customer Services Agent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily inventory of documents for RCF and NFD - oversee a daily inventory for incoming documents awaiting for storage location and notification.
- Single window regularization and Cargo manifest creation - shipment with discrepancy on document and system details which require creation of cargo manifest to clear the cargo.
- Liaises with other departments in terms of service request or handling information for the customers. Addresses the needs of internal and external customers.
- Conducts briefing and monitoring of counters related to collection of handling charges.
- Maintain a data base of customers, communication and documents.
- Evaluates all the supporting documents related to Incoming shipments which requires special handling both for import and export acceptance.
- Prepares notices for all incoming cargo and IRP for the uncollected shipments.
- Coordinates all undelivered or discrepancy to the concerned Airline/Origin station.
- Monitors E-mail and see to it that all their inquiries are being answered at the least possible time.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer relationship.
- Ensure set KPI are met and SOP is followed.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum High School Qualification with 2-years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s degree with -year job related experience.
- Knowledge and work experience in Ground Handling/Air Cargo Operations/Warehouse.
- Familiar with acceptance of Dangerous Goods/Live animals.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English language.
- Preferably has command over spoken and written Arabic.
- Well experience in Customer Service.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
