Job Title : Bakery Chef

Starting salary: QAR 2,000

FREE accommodation and transportation

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the recipes and techniques.
- Ensure that all bakery items are prepared and presented according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Bakery Chef and other team members to develop new Bakery ideas and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized Bakery station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bakery team members.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role, specializing in Bakery.
- Proficiency in various bakery techniques, including baking.
- Solid understanding of flavor profiles, ingredients, and bakery preparation methods.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for bakery arts.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
