Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will be in charge of end-to-end handling of all the marketing activities for the company.

**Responsibilities.**
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market and to devise a marketing plan aligned to the company objectives.
- Understand our nature of business activities and to stay in sync with the latest internal updates and the ongoing developments
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand, our services and the latest achievements.
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
- Work alongside other managers and engineers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. HubSpot's Social Inbox) to monitor social media conversations.
- Arabic language is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)
- using social media software: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- driving License (required)
