This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects involving cutting-edge low voltage distribution systems. **THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY** **Job Title**: LV Engineering Support - SIVACON S8 Specialist **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Employment Type**: Outsourced **Start Date**: "Immediate" **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide engineering support for **SIVACON S8** switchboard assembly, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Assist in the design and documentation of **Low Voltage distribution systems**, ensuring compliance with international and local standards. - Conduct testing and commissioning of SIVACON S8 panels at site and in the workshop. - Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors for technical clarifications and approvals. - Prepare and review technical drawings, wiring schematics, and panel layouts. - Ensure adherence to **Siemens' quality standards** and technical documentation. - Assist in preparing BOQ, technical submittals, and compliance documents. - Provide support during FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests). **Qualifications & Experience**: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - **5-7 years of experience** in LV switchgear systems, with direct exposure to **SIVACON S8**. - Strong knowledge of Siemens LV systems, especially assembly standards and protection schemes. - Familiar with IEC standards and testing procedures. - Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and layouts. - Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in switchgear testing and installation. **Preferred Skills**: - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Knowledge of AutoCAD or EPLAN is an added advantage. **About Job Hub Global** At **Job Hub Global**, we believe that people are at the heart of every great organization.
