**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **CNC laser cutting machines** to cut, shape, and form metal parts according to blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings**, job orders, and work instructions.
- Select and load materials (sheet metal, cast metal parts, etc.) onto the machine.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal **cutting speed, laser intensity, and precision**.
- Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts for **accuracy, dimensions, and quality**.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC laser machines to ensure performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to review part specifications, especially those related to **die-cast metal components**.
- Troubleshoot issues related to machine performance, cutting quality, or material inconsistencies.
- Follow all **safety procedures** and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document production activities, inspections, and any machine adjustments made.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or technical certification in **Machining, CNC Operations, or Manufacturing Technology**.
- **2+ years of experience** operating **CNC laser cutting machines**, especially with metal materials.
- Familiarity with **die casting processes** and working with cast metal components.
- Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings and CAD files**.
- Basic knowledge of **G-code, CNC programming**, and machine controls is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of **metal properties**, thickness tolerances, and laser cutting parameters.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
