**Job Title: CNC Operator*

**Experience Level**: Entry to Mid-level

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) cutting machine to produce precision decorative pieces according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to producing high-quality products efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare CNC cutting machine for production runs, including loading materials, selecting cutting tools, and configuring machine settings.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production of decorative pieces.
- Program CNC machine using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to execute cutting paths and tool movements.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production deadlines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Perform quality control checks on finished pieces to verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Work collaboratively with design and production teams to optimize cutting processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- Previous experience operating CNC cutting machines or similar equipment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) for programming CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
