- AREA STORE MANAGER**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Evaluation & Strategy Development**: Evaluate the current operations across assigned stores and develop tailored strategies for improvements, ensuring that each store meets company goals.
**Training & Development**: Train and mentor store managers on effective sales techniques, customer service practices, and supervisory methods to foster a high performing team environment.
**Sales Target Management**: Set clear sales targets for each store and communicate these targets regularly to store managers to align efforts and track progress.
**Sales Monitoring & Quota Achievement**: Regularly monitor sales performance across all stores to ensure quotas are met, providing guidance and support where needed to achieve optimal results.
**Issue Resolution & Discrepancy Management**: Investigate and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies in sales or operations across stores, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
**Performance Standards Implementation**: Establish and enforce performance standards across all stores, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and high-quality service delivery.
**Protocol Compliance**: Ensure that all employees adhere to company protocols and regulatory standards, maintaining a compliant and efficient work environment.
**Collaboration with Store Managers**: Work collaboratively with other store Managers to ensure operational consistency across all locations, sharing best practices and insights to drive overall company success.
**Travel Requirements**: Travel regularly to various store locations within the designated area to conduct on-site evaluations, training, and to support store teams as needed.
**Regular Reporting**: Provide regular updates to General Manager and Regional Operations Manager regarding store performance, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring open communication and timely reporting on progress.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or similar role in retail management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiencies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to various store locations as needed.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other managers and teams.
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Previous experience in managing multiple locations is a plus.
