We are looking for a capable and proactive **Operations Manager** with strong execution skills and a strategic mindset. You will oversee operations across supply chain, logistics, procurement, internal processes, and support pre-sales and product development. This role directly contributes to both **business growth** and **product development** efforts, making it a key enabler for our next phase of expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Internal Process Management**
- Maintain strong operational relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage internal workflows (contracts, invoicing, account coordination)
- Support financial operations including cash flow and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (ISO, fleet documentation, ICV, etc.)

**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Lead procurement processes for both local and international vendors
- Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and contract execution
- Utilize and optimize digital platforms for operational tracking and documentation

**Commercial & Pre-Sales Support**
- Support commercial proposal preparation and solution pricing
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather necessary requirements for new offerings
- Play an active role in business and product development initiatives

**Supply Chain & Logistics**
- Oversee inventory across multiple locations and coordinate with logistics companies
- Manage stock records through our ERP system (Odoo) and ensure accurate tracking with admin support
- Ensure proper handling of deliveries, import/export activities, and compliance with shipping regulations
- Handle logistics planning, import/export coordination, and shipping regulation compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering background preferred (ELV, Electrical, Software)
- Fluent in **Arabic and English**:

- PMP certification preferred
- 6+ years of experience in tech company handling operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Dynamics; Odoo is a plus)
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and import/export regulation
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
- Preferably with experience in **technology, smart cities, IoT, or AI-based systems**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
