Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, manage staff performance, and align operations with organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising workflows, optimizing resources, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining quality and compliance standards. Reporting directly to leadership, the Operations Manager will lead teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, including team management and resource optimization
  • Proficiency in process improvement, operational analysis, and workflow management
  • Ability to monitor compliance and implement quality control standards
  • Problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
  • Previous experience in operations or related fields; prior exposure to industries like Oil & Gas or Construction is beneficial
  • Proficiency in relevant operational management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
