**Manager Group Reporting - Record to Report**

**About the role**
You will be responsible to ensure financial accounting & reporting activities for the entire QR Group are executed in line with Accounting Frameworks.

**Accountabilities**
- Ensure Accounting quality is maintained as per accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards through researching existing QR processes and IFRSs.
- Provide Insights to Management for strategic decision making.
- Research International Accounting/Reporting Standards and industry accounting best practices to ensure Airline and Group accounting processes are in line with them.
- Responsible for preparation of QR Group consolidated financial statements in line IFRSs.
- Responsible for timely completion of external audits of QR Group.
- Ensure implementation of Financial reporting process to streamline the preparation of Group Consolidated Financials.
- Ensure Statutory Audits for Group entities are completed as per Timelines.
- Ensure the quality of balances in the books of accounts in line with Financial Frameworks and QR Group policies.
- Ensure Month end closing activities are executed in line with Month Timetable.
- Track and measure performance against defined key performance indicators (KPIs), review KPIs on a regular basis and suggest changes where necessary.
- Support the Finance Transformation initiatives by providing accounting advices and process knowledges.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

You will possess:

- A minimum of 8 years specialist of job-related experience required.
- Relevant University qualification in Accounting / Commerce / Finance.
- Professional accounting certificate i.e. CA/ACCA/CPA.
- In depth knowledge on International Accounting/Reporting Standards and their impact on Group Companies.
- Command of English language.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
