Direct the planning, preparation and execution of all aspects of the offshore installation requirements of the project specifically in support of Subsea Pipeline and cable installation, with specific emphasis on ROV and diving operations, ensuring all key objectives are achieved or exceeded. In addition, ensure the installability of the subsea design is consistent with established industry processes and effectively manage issue resolution through strong interfaces with both Company and Contractor teams delivering full alignment on the installation execution. Through their broad offshore installation knowledge, they shall ensure that the different offshore campaigns by multipurpose support vessel, DSVs and workboats are performed safely and efficiently during every phase.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation and installation field with min 5 years in a supervisory role relating to Cable lay, DSV/ ROV Operations. Experience working with an Operator in a similar role is an added advantage
- Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IOGP, IMCA requirements
- Good knowledge of Cable lay / Lifting and subsea construction activities by Installation or Construction Vessels, as well as ROV and Divers (AIR and SAT) operations and having offshore experience supervising such activities on board an installation/construction vessel

Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria related to transportation, offshore construction and installation, together with EPC contract management and knowledge of offshore Greenfield facilities and structures design, construction and operations.
