**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Prepare and execute payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update vendor files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support for financial audits.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and project management teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
