Fit-out Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Review and implement approved shop drawings and material submittals.
- Ensure works are executed in compliance with **QCS standards**, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site and progress reports.
- Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and site safety compliance.
- Coordinate inspections, snag lists, and handover activities.
- Assist in **project pricing, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs**.
- Perform **quantity take-offs** from drawings for fit-out works.
- Resolve site technical issues and coordinate design clarifications when required.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field**.
- **Minimum 5 years of proven experience** in **fit-out / interior works**.
- **Previous work experience in Qatar is mandatory**.
- Experience in **basic and practical use of AutoCAD** (reviewing drawings, simple modifications, and quantity extraction).
- Knowledge of **project pricing, cost estimation, and quantity take-off** for fit-out works.
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and site execution practices.
- Familiarity with **QCS**, **QCDD requirements**, and consultant approval procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- **Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)**.
- Ability to work independently, manage site activities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
