**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating fit-out projects, ensuring all technical aspects are addressed.
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and documents.
- Conformance of tenants and contractors to the mall fit out manual & Procedures.
- Oversee the installation and quality of fit-out works, including finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards for the mall common area projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the fit-out process.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and project progress.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project handovers and quality control purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Mall fit-out projects or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of MEP.
- Strong knowledge of reading MEP Drawings.
- Proficient in technical drawings, project specifications, and quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

**Education**:
