We are looking to hire qualified a Bank Support Staff who can join our dynamic team.
- Provide quality service to a portfolio of Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking customers, etc.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate customers for all corporate service related activities.
- Identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking department.
- Write and edit any kind of document, including letters, reports, and etc.
- Deliver administrative assistance to maintain the smooth operation of the office.

**Job Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
- Min. 2 years of Customer Service/CSR experience.
- **Previous banking experience is preferred.**:

- Proficient with MS Office Tools.
- Locally available in Qatar and can start immediately or within short notice.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service / CSR: 2 years (required)
- Banking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
