**Job Title: Quality Controller - Food & Beverage**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Assurance & Compliance**:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations.

Monitor and enforce HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards throughout all stages of food production and service.

Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Maintain proper documentation for quality control, including reports, checklists, and compliance records.

**2. Food & Beverage Quality Monitoring**:
Regularly assess food and beverage products for consistency, taste, texture, and presentation.

Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to uphold product quality and brand standards.

Identify deviations from set standards and take immediate corrective action to maintain quality.

Collaborate with chefs and management to enhance food quality and introduce continuous improvements.

**3. Supplier & Raw Material Evaluation**:
Inspect and evaluate raw materials and ingredients to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Work with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure consistency in the quality of incoming ingredients.

Reject substandard materials and provide feedback to vendors for improvement.

**4. Training & Team Support**:
Conduct training sessions for kitchen and service staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control best practices.

Support and guide the production team in adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

**5. Inventory & Cost Control**:
Monitor food wastage and implement strategies to reduce losses and improve efficiency.

Ensure that food handling, storage, and transportation adhere to quality and safety protocols.

Work with the operations and kitchen teams to maintain an optimal balance between cost-effectiveness and quality.

**6. Customer Experience & Feedback Analysis**:
Gather and analyze customer feedback regarding food quality and overall dining experience.

Address quality-related complaints and implement corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the F&B industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and industry best practices.

Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to train and guide staff on maintaining quality standards.
