**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the project quality control systems and procedures.
- Oversee all QC activities across fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to **ASME**, **API**, and other international standards in welding, materials, mechanical systems, and piping works.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and client quality requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and vendors on all quality-related matters.
- Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QC engineers, inspectors, and site quality teams.
- Prepare and review Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and project documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction departments to ensure quality integration at every project stage.
- Report quality performance and compliance status to senior management and project leadership.
- Minimum **20 years of progressive Quality Control experience** in the **EPC Oil & Gas industry**, preferably in **GCC or Europe**.
- Strong background in **ASME standards**, with proven experience managing quality for large-scale industrial or energy projects.
- Certified in ISO 9001:2015 (Lead Auditor) or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multicultural teams and client interactions.
- Must be willing to relocate to Syria.
