- Manage client relationships on prime contract issues
- Flow downs from the prime contract to subcontracts and purchase orders
- Client correspondence, including both technical and commercial issues
- Manage change, including change orders rights, and obligations
- Insurance and insurance claims management
- Permit requirements, both in obtaining and ensuring compliance, including local, state Federal requirements, and Letter of credit requirements
- Risk management, including risks registers and warranty obligations
- Report to both the project directorate and any joint venture/consortium partners on both technical and commercial issues

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in contract management field experience
- Working experience preferably in Offshore, Subsea, or Onshore Oil and Gas related projects
- Joint Venture or consortium project execution
- Direct reporting to a project director or executive-level
- Contractual and commercial knowledge to ensure project compliance
