**Position - Finance Analyst / Accounts Manager - Client Site/Office**

Our company is looking for a qualified finance analyst/accounts manager to streamline the accounting operations of our clients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

2. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

3. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

4. Preparation of new chart of accounts and implementation

5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

6. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client accounts.

7. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

8. Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location

9. Establishing proper operational documents, such as Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, Material Receipts, and such.

10. Preparation and Management of letters of credit, cash flow and project accounting.

11. Preparation and implementation of Internal Controls System.

12. To Ensure Computerized Accounting and Documentation Entries.

13. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

14. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

**Qualifications**:
1. Any charted qualification in accounting or equivalent qualification

2. Minimum 3 Years of experience in Qatar

3. Strong English Verbal and Written Communication

4. Valid QID and Driving License
