**Position**:1

**Experience Required**:Minimum 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for in-house software solutions.
- Document test cases, create bug reports, and follow up on issue resolution.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Train end-users on new functionalities and features of the software.
- Work closely with developers to ensure software meets quality standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Familiarity with PHP (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.

**General Requirements for All Positions**:

- **Location**: Qatar
- **Educational Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Language**:Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
