**Senior Project Coordinator - Healthcare Sector**
**Location**: Qatar

**Job Type**: Full Time

We are hiring a **Senior Project Coordinator** to support executive leadership, improve internal processes, and ensure project coordination across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in a healthcare setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop management communications and presentations
- Coordinate activities on process improvements across the organization as directed by line management
- Provide efficient administrative and office management services to the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Support the project specialist in coordinating between various departments to track ongoing project progress
- Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and documentation
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
- Undertake any other appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed by management

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in project coordination (preferably in healthcare)
- Familiar with project management principles and technical documentation
- Strong ethical standards and understanding of confidentiality in healthcare
- Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow through

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
