**Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IMS in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Develop and execute project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Oversee QA/QC activities for structural fabrication, welding, piping, and blasting/painting projects. Conduct and supervise inspections for welding (ASME, AWS), NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT), and coatings (BGAS, NACE).
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, international standards, and client specifications.
- Supervise and train QA/QC inspectors to ensure efficient and accurate performance.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain and manage quality documentation, including inspection records, test results, and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC, with 2-5 years in a lead or managerial role (Qatar/Gulf experience is mandatory).

**Certifications (All Mandatory)**:

- BGAS Grade 2 or NACE CIP Level 2.
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI. ASNT Level II in NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT).
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASME, AWS, SSPC, API).
- Expertise in structural fabrication, piping, welding, and blasting/painting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
