**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor transport budgets and optimize costs related to fuel, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve transportation operations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate transport staff, including drivers and logistics personnel.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the procurement, licensing, and insurance of company vehicles.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to improve transport efficiency.
- Handle any transport-related incidents, accidents, or service failures promptly.
- Maintain records of transport operations, including vehicle logs, compliance reports, and performance metrics.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations, fleet management, and logistics planning.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications.

**Work Conditions**:

- Office-based role with occasional site visits.
- May require flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Exposure to outdoor environments when inspecting vehicles or coordinating logistics.

**Application Process**:
Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
